How to use it
Print the logbook double-sided so the daily grid and weekly reflection face each other. Fill in your baseline before your first training session. Each day, check off your morning and evening sessions and circle the strength scale for each of the four oils. At the end of each week, take a few minutes for the reflection page on the right. After 12 weeks, complete the full assessment and compare it to where you started.
Progress is rarely dramatic. Looking back week over week is often where you'll first see change.
