Regain Your Sense of Smell
The Olfactory Training Kit is a pharmacy-assembled smell training system based on the clinically studied four-scent protocol. Each kit contains a full 3-month supply of four 100% pure, GC/MS-verified essential oils, one from each of the four major scent categories: lavender (floral), lemon (fruity), clove bud (aromatic), and eucalyptus (resinous).
Why This Kit Is Different
Unlike commercially available essential oils that may be diluted or adulterated with synthetics, every oil in this kit is assembled at Advanced Rx, a licensed pharmacy in Fort Washington, PA. The oils are sourced from suppliers who provide gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) testing to verify purity and composition.
What's Included
- 4 essential oil jars: Lavender, Lemon, Clove Bud, Eucalyptus
- Step-by-step training protocol card
- Full 3-month supply
- Free 2-day shipping
How It Works
Smell each oil for 20 seconds, twice daily. Clinical research by Hummel et al. (2009) found that structured smell training using this four-scent protocol was associated with improved olfactory function in study participants. In clinical studies, participants typically trained for 12 weeks or longer. Individual experiences vary. Commonly used by individuals experiencing changes in their sense of smell, including after viral illness.
Free Training Logbook (PDF)
