The Olfactory Training Kit is a personal-care product containing essential oils, assembled at a licensed compounding pharmacy. For safety and quality reasons, kits cannot be restocked or resold once they have shipped, so we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If something is wrong with your order — it arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item — we will make it right. Email us at as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement.
